Livin' On The Run (2005)

Sometimes I get a look at a cover of a cd and I know
that I'm not going to like the music. Scott Grimes
"Livin' On The Run" falls into that category. Some of
you might know Scott from his roles on Party Of Five, Er
and Band Of Brothers. His sound is similar to old school
throw backs like Journey, REO Speedwagon, and
Tom Cochran. Don't get me wrong he is good at imitating
that style of rock. I think most people that don't analyze
music, like myself  would like this disc. It really does have
some good songs. The cool factor is just not there. And
being a music snob like myself I can't like a disc that lacks
originality.

So like I said earlier if you like old time rock then climb
aboard and purchase this cd. Otherwise do yourself a favor and
seek a total complete different avenue.
